I am sure the repair person could have done any better. The 1st fix was $300 +, the 2nd. fix was another $300 +. I did ask the repair person if this 2nd. call could have been avoided by testing out the 1st. repair which he did. So is possible to improve the test on the first repair to catch the 2nd. problem? Refrigerator call service. Customer states Water and ice maker not working. ER 1F error code displayed. Ice maker fan motor not Turing. Customer stated that refrigerator door was left door. Advised customer that humility entered refrigerator causing frost build up around fan motor. Had customer unplug refrigerator until ice thaw out. Tested error message gone. Water dispenser and ice maker operating normal.

Model MTW5600TQ1 DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall receptacle for proper outlet voltage to washer, wall receptacle voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected washer controls for proper input voltage, voltage normal at time of inspection. Inspected washer interlock continuity, found washer interlock switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer interlock switch and tested on all cycles, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports FRIGIDAIRE refrigerator is leaking water onto floor. Model# FPHS2699KF1CAUSE: Technician inspected water supply line from wall to refrigerator water valve. No leaks at supply hose. Inspected water valve for leaks, no leaks at water valve, inspected refrigerator micro tubing, found micro tubing failure. CORRECTION: Replaced and repaired refrigerator micro tubing and check for further leaks. NO LEAKS UPON COMPLETION.

Inspected voltage to main control input, dishwasher main control input voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected main control output voltage to the dishwasher drain pump, main control output voltage, normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to drain pump and found proper operating voltage to Dishwasher drain pump, dishwasher drain pump impeller still not working. Dishwasher drain pump failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher drain pump and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. CAUSE: Found compressor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor and receiver dryer (warranty supplied), evacuated system and recharged with freon. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal
